The daily maintenance of the packer needs to do the following:

1. Remove the debris or dirt in the machine once a week;

2. Spray engine oil on the protective plate of equipment material box at least once a day during use (no obvious requirements for oil products) to protect the protective plate and improve the durability of the protective plate;

3. Once every three months, in addition to the above two maintenance, inject lubricating oil into all (shafts, sleeves) and bearings;

4. Observe the oil tank level gauge every day, and the variation shall be within the normal range;

5. It is necessary to observe the oil tank thermometer, standard: 35 ℃ ~ 55 ℃;

6. Visually inspect and pay attention to whether all electrical indicators and signals are normal, whether the electrical switches operate flexibly, and whether the motor wiring terminals are fastened well;

7. Check the cleanliness of the oil tank once a month to ensure that the hydraulic oil can be used normally without affecting the operation of the equipment.
