This customer is based in Guatemala and specializes in recycling and processing non-ferrous metals such as scrap copper and scrap aluminum. Before cooperating with keshangyeya, the factory was only equipped with outdated small vertical metal balers. These machines had weak hourly processing capacity and produced loose, fluffy bales which limited container loading volume. Meanwhile, lots of labor was required for feeding and strapping, leading to high overall operating costs. The production capacity failed to keep up with the rising demand of local recycling orders.
According to the characteristics of copper & aluminum materials and the client’s capacity expansion plan, the customer purchased 10 sets of equipment from keshangyeya at one time, including multiple horizontal hydraulic metal balers, metal shears and other supporting machines. All machines adopt export-standard configurations with customized motors matching local voltage, plus high-temperature heat dissipation systems and dust-proof electric control components. We optimized the hopper structure to achieve higher compression density for soft copper and aluminum, and added auxiliary feeding structures to cut manual work.
After the whole set of equipment was put into operation, the overall processing capacity of the factory doubled. Automated integrated machines drastically reduced labor demand. Dense copper and aluminum bales greatly improved container loading efficiency and lowered transportation costs. The equipment runs steadily with low failure rates, completely solving the client’s previous problems of insufficient capacity and high operation costs caused by old machines.
“We purchased 10 sets of balers and shearing machines from keshangyeya all at once for scrap copper and aluminum processing. Our production output increased significantly, and labor expenditure was greatly reduced. The machines work well under local hot weather. keshangyeya provides complete export documents and professional technical guidance.”
